Awards

Individual medals are awarded to members of the first, second, and third place team in each event (except Scavenger Hunt) in each division, based on the recommended number of team members for each event. Coaches and captains do not receive medals, unless they are registered players as well. Medal presentations occur immediately after the event's finals.

Awards will also be presented to the divisional winners in the Canadian Blood Services Blood Donor Challenge and Heart and Stroke Foundation Big Bike Challenge. Championship Trophies are awarded in each division to the first, second, and third place overall teams at the Closing Ceremonies. Elite Sportswear & Awards Spirit Award Trophies go to one team in each division, and a grand championship spirit award will go to one team that displays exemplary spirit & sportsmanship overall. These presentations also take place at the Closing Ceremonies.

There are a limited number of medals ordered for each event, which corresponds to the recommended number of players in the rules for each event. Requests for additional medals must be submitted to the Games Office in writing, and will only be accommodated if spare medals are available. Deadline to submit requests for extra medals is October 12th.
