Check In
All players must check-in as a group at the registration table at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. Team Captains are responsible for assembling their teams and accompanying them to the registration desk. Each participant must sign the team waiver form, and must produce identification which proves:
1) they are who they claim to be; and
2) they work for the company in question.
Please see the "Identification" Segment for acceptable forms of ID.
NO ID - NO PLAY - NO EXCEPTIONS
Team Captains must have the Team Waiver Form completed and signed by each team member before they approach the registration desk. Please note that the designated Team Captain must sign as the witness for everyone on the waiver form. At that time, Team Captains will present their waivers to the volunteers at the registration desk and all team members will show their ID. The signatures must be original. Altered waivers will not be accepted. The waivers must be a single piece of paper, double sided (not two sheets stapled together).
Please Note: Game time is forfeit time. Teams defaulting or no showing from their registered events will be deducted five (-5) and ten (-10) points accordingly from their overall company score in the divisional standings.
