Default and No Show Rule
Once the schedules are set, it is very difficult to change them to accommodate teams that withdraw or default. Your opponents are geared up for their events, facilities are booked, officials and volunteers are waiting. Please make every attempt to be there.
Default (-5)
Teams that are late, do not meet the male/female requirements, do not have proper ID and/or do not have a complete team at game time, but can still field a team, will default from the event and be deducted -5 points for that event. If there are enough people to field a team, the players may play, but that company will not advance.
*It is at the discretion of the CCC Event Coordinator as to the minimum number of people needed to field a team in each event.
No Show (-10)
Teams that no show (do not show up, or cannot field a team) a sporting event that they have registered for, will be deducted -10 points from their overall team score.
Companies that default/no show and accumulate -50 points or more may forfeit their spot in the 2009 Games. Remember your company does not have to sign-up for all of the events. Only register for the events that your company would like to participate in.
The deadline for registering or withdrawing from events without penalty is June 24, 2008 by 5:00pm
