Meetings and Communication

Imagine running an event for 20,000 people with no-one knowing what's going on or what they are supposed to do. On event day it is simply not possible for our volunteers and coordinators to answer multitudes of questions about rules, schedules, washrooms, equipment, changing facilities, and site layout. That is why Corporate Challenge hosts a Company Coordinator Workshop each May and continuously sends emails and updates to Company Coordinators and Team Captains - to ensure that everyone knows as much as possible about what to expect when they arrive. CCC also has a very resourceful website you can utilize prior to your events. This makes for less stress and more fun for everyone involved.

Company Coordinator Socials have been introduced based upon the feedback we've received from company coordinators. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to enjoy bevies & appies, and to mix and mingle with one another. Coordinators can chat amongst themselves about different tactics used to entice participants, reward/recognition programs developed, etc. We will provide you with all the information and details you will need to know in order to make your team's involvement a big success.

Team Captain Meetings
Ultimate Frisbee and our new Beach Dodgeball event will both have Mandatory Team Captain
meetings for 2009. There will be multiple dates to choose from. If your company signs up for
these events, someone from your team must be in attendance or your company will be not be
able to compete in the event. More detailed information will be emailed to team captains this
summer.

Schedules will be posted on the CCC website no earlier than August 1st.
