Team Waivers
Team Captains must have the Team Waiver Form completed and signed by each team member before they approach the registration desk. At that time, Team Captains will present their waivers to the volunteers at the registration desk and all team members will show their ID. The signatures must be original. Altered waivers will not be accepted.
The waivers must be a single piece of paper, double sided (not two sheets stapled together). Team Waiver Forms will be available on-site at each event.
