Requirements

The number of volunteers that your company will provide is based on your division placement:

	Blue Division	4 Volunteers
	Green Division	5 Volunteers
	White Division	10 Volunteers
	Red Division	12 Volunteers
	Orange Division	15 Volunteers
	Mini Challenge	5 Volunteers

*Please Note: This is the maximum number of volunteers that your company may have to provide. The Volunteer assignment will indicate the exact number of people needed and you may not be asked to provide the full amount.

By submitting payment for your CCC Registration Fee, you are accepting the obligation of providing the above number of volunteers specific to your division placement.

Company volunteers will be required to sign a Volunteer Waiver Form on-site when they arrive at their event.

Please Note:

- Volunteers must be a minimum 16 years of age, but do not need to be employed by your company (family & friends are welcome).

- This event assignment is final. Requests to change your assigned event(s), date(s), and/or time(s) WILL NOT be considered.

- Companies that do not fulfill their volunteer requirements (do no have the required number of people or do not show up) will be deducted twenty (-20) points from their overall participation points total, and may forfeit their spot in the 2011 Calgary Corporate Challenge. This will be up to the discretion of the Games Staff.
